If you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund — even if the product is fully used.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • You did not get the results you expected

  • You changed your mind after receiving the parcel

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product

  • Provide your order number and proof of purchase

  • Provide a photo of the issue (if applicable)


3. Allow to Open Policy

We offer “Allow to Open” service:
You may open your parcel, inspect the product, and only pay if you are satisfied.


4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be sent via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Refunds for online payments will be returned to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing usually takes 3–7 business days.


5. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement free of charge.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products returned without contacting us first

  • Orders older than 7 days (unless covered under Money-Back Guarantee)


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can still be returned under our policy.
